Scam Emails Purporting to be from HM Revenue & Customs

I would remind everyone to be aware of scam emails purporting to be from HMRC. This is a prime time for such scam emails, not long after the filing deadline for the 2013/14 tax returns has passed.

HMRC will never ask you to give personal information via email. Please make sure you never reply to such emails.
