  • Executive summary with a synopsis of KPIs and identifying all key issues, showing variances to the previous month/quarter.
  • Cash Summary summarising actual receipts, payments and balances with the variances to the previous period.
  • Cash Flow Forecast projecting receipts, payments and balances for the next 3-12 months.
  • Profit and Loss account showing the period and cumulative positions against budget – with major variances highlighted.
  • Balance Sheet for the current period compared to the prior year to keep track of the progress of the business.
  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Summaries to keep track of any old debts, highlighting the need for any chasing to assist with the cash flow of the business or payments that need to be made to ensure smooth operation.
  • Action Plan specifying corrective actions, contingencies that may affect the accounts and helpful suggestions to maximise your profit.
