Office Manager and Administrator

Job description

Responsible for all office admin, including reception, answering the phones, office management, making the teas and coffee and putting out (and sometimes eating!) the biscuits for meetings.

I also assist with company secretarial matters for clients.

I am also responsible for dealing with DB&CO Ltd’s own bookkeeping, previously on Sage Line 50, and now in Xero, despite not having any accountancy background.
